1. Platform Services & Pre-Launch Pilot
BuildSetu provides home and society facility maintenance coordination services in Ahmedabad. By submitting a service request via our website or official WhatsApp desk (+91 92747 00635), you agree to these terms.
2. Zero Advance Fee & Payment on Completion
Submitting an enquiry on BuildSetu incurs zero advance charge. A technician will visit your location, inspect the problem, and provide an itemized rate estimate. You are only obligated to pay after you approve the estimate and the technician finishes the service.
3. 30-Day Workmanship Assurance
All standard labor repairs executed by BuildSetu technicians include a 30-day workmanship assurance. If the exact same repair fails within 30 days of completion under normal usage conditions, we will re-inspect and correct the issue at zero additional labor cost.
4. Materials & Spare Parts
Replacement hardware (switches, MCBs, pipes, valves, motor capacitors) may be purchased by the customer independently or provided by the technician with an authentic purchase receipt. BuildSetu does not manufacture third-party hardware components; component manufacturer warranties apply directly from the OEM.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
